Feel bad for the levee people. Last year I helped out on this site: http://www.leveelaw.com - this firm was set on suing the fed over the levee breaking. Even though they knew about this 1928 law that basically says you can’t sue. And low and behold look what happened yesterday: Judge throws out levee cases. The thing that sucks the most is these people do need money or some kind of help to bail them out, maybe now that the gov’t can sidestep the lawyers they victims will get cash faster.
