Yeah so the band is playing this Tuesday I think around 10 at o’connells down by sea world. Just finished making 20 Cds to give out for free. Hopefully at least one person will take one.

I’ve had Netflix streaming on the Wii for the past year, and have not had cable service since I got it. Most of the I watch I can find on Hulu if its not on Netflix. I’ve finished all of Dr. Who, which was great. Anyone watching anything new/unusual that I might be missing? I did watch Dr. Horrible finally, it was really fun.

About 50 miles of intense saddle pain but totally worth it. Here’s a pic of me at the lake hodges first aid station, there is no way you could do a ride of this size without some kind of support.
Highlights:
Figuring how to connect la Costa to Elfin, featuring an awesome single track known as the gauntlet.
Having a local take me through the trail known as the tunnels.
Finishing.Lowlights:
The black mountain fireroad climb.
The jungle. Saw a lot of crashes here, not to mention all the people falling in the water crossings, actually that was pretty funny.
Huge rash I have by my man parts.Will I do it again next year? Definitely. Hope mike goes, I was kind of lonely.

For real its the truth. And louder. I’ll post some sound clips soon, playing a huge devo tonight, it will be the maiden voyage.
As for my pedal board, I’m running the following noise making devices – after plugging in my Ibanez AT-100 (don’t play the carvin anymore, need to update that header):
- Boss Tuner – This is like the 4th tuner I have owned in recent years. Seriously why is hard to find a tuner that works. This one does the job.
- Fulltone Fulldrive2 MOSFET – for the delicious grit.
- Xotic BB Preamp – for when the grit goes large chunk granite
- TC Electronic Nova Delay – meh
- Line 6 M9 – its colorful and most people can’t tell how bad it sounds
- Boss Looper – the best practice gear I have ever owned
And now, it all goes into the Mesa/Boogie Transatlantic 15. And it sounds glorious.
