I can only assume they mean to indicate these men aren’t really men.
I’m thinking this dude was hanging around outside whatever building they were doing the photoshoot in, and thought it would be funny to give the guy a few bucks and have him pose it womens clothing.

Yeah that only works if you have awesome cleavage. And no chest hair. Chest hair + deep v = fail.
