i always had a feeling monster cables were mostly marketing. sure, a well made cord going a distance will last better long term, but if the price difference between cables you want and cable you can afford is big, don’t sweat it. no one can tell ;).

Oh how true! I talked to Jim Wilson N7JW - founder of Wilson Electronics - on my ham radio last week. He confirmed my suspicions.
