I think one of the most annoying things these days is that companies are using too much automation to route calls. Whats wrong with speaking to someone right off the bat? I’m so used to having to navigate a menu that I’m taken back when somebody actually answers the phone.
Someone has taken the trouble to actually create a database of bypass sequences for popular companies telephone systems, so you can get right down to talking to someone now!.
