Well there are days where owning a house is nice, and then there are days where I wish I was just a renter. Like yesterday, when my water pressure valve regulator took a dump and starting spewing water out everywhere. I tried to fix it, but that included sweat welding and ripping out drywall. To make a frustrating story shorter, I couldn’t fix it, so I still have not water. I have to call a plumber today and pay him $150 to clean up my amateur mess. What a freaking idiot. Grr. Sorry again for missing the birthday party Chris, heres a picture of my mess:
